1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Shourly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "you", "your", or "Seller") and Shourly ("we", "our" or "the Platform").

By accessing, registering for, or using Shourly, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety

  • You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

  • If you represent an organization, you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use Shourly.

2. Service Description

2.1. What is Shourly

Shourly is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that enables entrepreneurs, sellers, and brands to create professional digital portfolios to showcase their products. Shourly is NOT an e-commerce platform and does not process payments or transactions.

The platform provides tools for:

  • Digital Product Catalogs: Create and organize products with photos, descriptions, and variations

  • Marketing Pages: Build presentation pages to showcase your brand, mission, and values

  • Blog Platform: Publish articles and content to build authority and connect with your audience

  • Product Search: Powered by Algolia for fast and accurate product discovery

  • Direct Contact: Facilitate customer connections via WhatsApp and email

2.2. Core Features

Shourly provides the following features:

Seller Dashboard:

  • Create and manage multiple product catalogs

  • Upload product photos and descriptions

  • Configure product variations, categories, and availability

  • View visit statistics for products and catalogs

  • Manage seller profile and business information

Marketing Tools:

  • Create custom marketing/landing pages

  • Embed videos (YouTube) and multimedia content

  • Showcase brand story, mission, values, and testimonials

  • Configure SEO metadata

Blog Platform:

  • Create and publish blog posts

  • Share stories, tips, and industry insights

  • Build authority and trust with potential customers

Product Search:

  • Fast search powered by Algolia

  • Filters by category, discount, availability

  • Public catalog URLs for easy sharing

Contact Features:

  • Display WhatsApp and email contact information on products

  • Enable direct communication between potential customers and sellers

  • No internal messaging system (contact occurs outside the platform)

2.3. Nature of Service

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS:

Shourly is NOT an e-commerce platform. We do not:

  • Process payments or transactions

  • Manage shipping or logistics

  • Provide checkout processes

  • Handle customer orders

  • Manage inventory automatically

Shourly IS a portfolio and visibility platform. Our purpose is to:

  • Showcase your products professionally

  • Build your online presence

  • Facilitate direct contact between you and potential customers

  • Provide marketing and branding tools

Legal Disclaimer: Shourly is a product catalog and marketing tool. We DO NOT provide legal, financial, or business advice. You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of your product listings

  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

  • All transactions that occur outside the platform

  • Handling customer data according to privacy laws

  • Tax obligations related to your sales

3. User Accounts

3.1. Registration

To use Shourly, you must create an account by providing:

  • Full name

  • Valid email address

  • Secure password

  • Seller profile information (name, biography, contact details)

  • Other information we may reasonably request

You may also register using third-party authentication services (such as Google OAuth).

3.2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials

  • All activities that occur under your account

  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

  • Providing accurate, current, and complete information

  • Updating your account and product information when necessary

  • Ensuring your contact information (WhatsApp, email) is accurate

3.3. Seller Types

Shourly supports two types of sellers:

Individual Sellers: Independent entrepreneurs and sole proprietors

Business Accounts: Companies and organizations

If you create an account on behalf of a company or organization:

  • You represent that you have authority to bind that entity

  • The entity will be responsible for all activities under that account

  • Additional terms may apply through business agreements

3.4. Account Verification

We reserve the right to:

  • Verify your identity and business information

  • Request additional documentation

  • Suspend accounts pending verification

  • Reject applications that do not meet our standards

4. Acceptable Use

4.1. Permitted Conduct

You may use Shourly to:

  • Create product catalogs for legitimate business purposes

  • Showcase products you own or have rights to sell

  • Build marketing pages for your brand

  • Publish blog content related to your business

  • Share your public catalog URLs with potential customers

  • Display accurate contact information for customer inquiries

  • Use analytics to understand catalog performance

4.2. Prohibited Conduct

You may NOT use Shourly to:

Illegal Activities:

  • List products that violate local, national, or international laws

  • Sell prohibited items (weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit products)

  • Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices

  • Violate export control or sanctions laws

Misleading Content:

  • Publish false, inaccurate, or fraudulent product information

  • Misrepresent product condition, origin, or authenticity

  • Use deceptive pricing or fake discount claims

  • Impersonate other businesses or brands

Rights Infringement:

  • Upload images or content you don't own or have rights to use

  • Violate third-party intellectual property rights

  • Use copyrighted materials without permission

  • Infringe on trademarks or patents

Harmful Content:

  • Publish content that promotes violence, hate, discrimination, or harassment

  • List adult content or sexually explicit materials (unless legally permitted and properly categorized)

  • Target or exploit minors in any way

  • Spread misinformation or harmful content

Spam and Abuse:

  • Send unsolicited communications through customer contact channels

  • Create multiple accounts to manipulate search results

  • Engage in artificial inflation of views or statistics

  • Abuse customer contact features

Technical Violations:

  • Use robots, spiders, scrapers, or automated tools without authorization

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the platform

  • Introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code

  • Overload or interfere with platform servers

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other user accounts

  • Attack the platform through denial-of-service attacks

Competitive Conduct:

  • Scrape competitor product information

  • Use the platform primarily to redirect traffic to competing services

  • Resell or redistribute Shourly services without written authorization

4.3. Product Listing Standards

All product listings must:

  • Contain accurate and complete descriptions

  • Use real photos of actual products (no stock photos unless disclosed)

  • Clearly state product condition (new, used, etc.)

  • Disclose any defects, limitations, or important details

  • Comply with consumer protection laws

  • Include truthful pricing information

4.4. Contact and Transaction Conduct

When customers contact you directly:

  • Respond promptly and professionally

  • Honor the terms you advertise on your catalog

  • Comply with consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction

  • Handle customer data responsibly and legally

  • Be transparent about shipping, returns, and policies

Remember: All transactions occur outside Shourly. You are fully responsible for fulfilling orders, resolving disputes, and maintaining customer relationships.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1. Your Content

Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you create on Shourly, including:

  • Product descriptions and information

  • Product photographs and images

  • Marketing page content

  • Blog posts and articles

  • Seller profile information

  • Business name, logo, and branding

  • Any other materials you upload

5.2. License You Grant Us

By using Shourly, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Store and process your content on our servers

  • Display your content in your public catalog when you publish it

  • Feature your products in search results (via Algolia)

  • Display your seller profile on the marketing site (with your permission)

  • Create thumbnail images and optimized versions of your photos (via Cloudinary)

  • Make backup copies for data protection and disaster recovery

  • Make technical modifications necessary to provide the service

  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the platform (in aggregate, anonymized form)

Important Limitations:

  • We will never sell your content to third parties

  • We will not use your content for advertising without permission

  • This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account (except for backup copies we may retain according to our Privacy Policy)

  • Featured seller profiles require your explicit opt-in

5.3. Shourly's Property

Shourly and all its content (excluding your content) are the property of Shourly or its licensors, including:

  • Platform software, code, and algorithms

  • Dashboard interface and design

  • Marketing site and blog platform

  • Trademarks, logos, and trade names

  • Documentation, tutorials, and help materials

  • Search functionality and technology integrations

You do not acquire any ownership rights to Shourly beyond the usage rights described in these Terms.

Your Obligations:

You warrant that all content you upload:

  • Is original or you have necessary rights and licenses

  • Does not infringe any third-party intellectual property

  • Complies with applicable copyright and trademark laws

  • Has proper permissions for any people depicted in photos

Third-Party Content:

If you use third-party content (e.g., licensed photos, brand partnerships):

  • Ensure you have appropriate licenses

  • Comply with license terms and restrictions

  • Maintain documentation of your rights

5.5. Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide us with ideas, suggestions, or comments about Shourly ("Feedback"), you grant us the right to use that Feedback without any obligation of compensation or attribution.

6. Privacy and Security

6.1. Privacy Policy

Your use of Shourly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Key privacy points:

  • We collect seller and product data to provide the service

  • We use Firebase and MongoDB for secure data storage

  • We use Algolia for product search

  • We use Cloudinary for image hosting

  • Customer contact occurs outside the platform (you are responsible for handling customer data legally)

6.2. Your Privacy Obligations

When customers contact you directly via WhatsApp or email:

  • You become the data controller for that customer's information

  • You must comply with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

  • You must have appropriate privacy policies for your business

  • You are responsible for securing customer data

  • You must obtain necessary consents for data processing

6.3. Public Information

Content you publish is public by design:

  • Your public catalog is accessible to anyone with the URL

  • Products marked as "published" are visible to all visitors

  • Your contact information (WhatsApp, email) is displayed publicly

  • Marketing pages are publicly accessible

  • Blog posts are publicly accessible

  • Your seller profile may be featured on the Shourly marketing site

6.4. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your account and content. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Security Responsibilities:

  • Use strong, unique passwords

  • Enable two-factor authentication if available

  • Keep your credentials confidential

  • Log out from shared devices

  • Monitor your account for unauthorized activity

  • Notify us immediately of any security breach

7. Payments and Subscriptions

7.1. Plans and Pricing

Shourly may offer different service plans, including free and paid options. Pricing details, limits, and features are specified on our plans page and may include:

  • Number of products allowed

  • Storage limits for images

  • Analytics and statistics features

  • Priority support

  • Custom domain options (future feature)

  • Premium placement in search results (future feature)

7.2. Free Plan

The free plan may include:

  • Limited number of products

  • Basic analytics

  • Standard support

  • Shourly branding on catalog pages

7.3. Paid Plans

For paid plans:

  • Charges are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method

  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice

  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

  • Taxes are your responsibility unless otherwise stated

7.4. Payment Methods

We accept payment through:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • Debit cards

  • Other payment methods as available

Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment processors.

7.5. Billing Cycles

  • Monthly plans: Billed on the same day each month

  • Annual plans: Billed once per year with discounted pricing

  • Auto-renewal is enabled by default

  • You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing cycle

7.6. Payment Failure

If a payment fails or your account is in arrears:

  • We will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times

  • You will receive email notifications about payment failures

  • Your account may be suspended after 7 days of non-payment

  • Your account may be downgraded to the free plan

  • Suspended accounts may have limited access to features

  • We may delete your content after 60 days of non-payment (with prior notice)

7.7. Refund Policy

No Refunds: All fees are non-refundable except:

  • As required by applicable law

  • In case of platform errors that prevent service delivery

  • If we terminate your account without cause

Early Cancellation: No prorated refunds are provided for early cancellations. You retain access until the end of your paid billing period.

7.8. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing with:

  • 30 days' advance notice for monthly plans

  • 60 days' advance notice for annual plans

  • Notice provided via email and dashboard announcement

  • Existing subscriptions continue at current rates until renewal

8. Service Modifications

8.1. Feature Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature

  • Update the interface and user experience

  • Add or remove functionalities

  • Change usage limits or capacity

  • Introduce new features or services

  • Integrate additional third-party services

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect core functionality.

8.2. Maintenance and Downtime

Shourly may experience downtime due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (with prior notice when possible)

  • Urgent security updates

  • Infrastructure upgrades

  • Third-party service outages (Firebase, MongoDB, Cloudinary, Algolia)

  • Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)

We will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Minimize interruptions

  • Schedule maintenance during low-traffic periods

  • Provide advance notice when possible

  • Restore service promptly

No Uptime Guarantee: We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we target 99.5% uptime for production systems.

8.3. Beta Features

We may offer beta or experimental features:

  • Beta features are provided "as is" without warranties

  • Beta features may be discontinued at any time

  • Your feedback helps improve beta features

  • Beta features may have bugs or limitations

9. Termination

9.1. Termination by You

You may cancel your account at any time by:

  • Accessing your account settings in the dashboard

  • Following the account deletion process

  • Contacting us directly at support@shourly.com

Upon cancellation:

  • You lose immediate access to your dashboard

  • Your public catalog becomes inaccessible

  • Your products are removed from search results

  • Your marketing pages and blog posts are unpublished

  • Your account data may be permanently deleted after 30 days

  • Backup copies may be retained according to our data retention policy

  • No prorated refunds are provided

Before Canceling:

We recommend:

  • Downloading your product data (export feature)

  • Saving copies of your images from Cloudinary

  • Backing up your blog content

  • Notifying customers about alternative contact methods

9.2. Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service

  • You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities

  • You list prohibited products or content

  • Your account poses security or legal risks

  • You fail to pay owed fees after grace period

  • Your account remains inactive for 2+ years

  • We decide to discontinue the service

  • Required by law or legal authorities

Notice:

  • We will attempt to provide advance notice when reasonably possible

  • We may terminate immediately in cases of serious violations

  • We may provide opportunity to cure violations before termination

  • We will explain the reason for termination when possible

Suspended Accounts:

  • Suspensions may be temporary or permanent

  • You may be given opportunity to resolve issues

  • Suspended accounts have limited access to features

  • Public catalogs become inaccessible during suspension

9.3. Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use Shourly ceases immediately

  • Your public catalog becomes inaccessible

  • Your seller profile is removed

  • Published products are removed from search

  • Your blog posts become inaccessible

  • Your marketing pages are unpublished

  • We may delete your content according to our retention policy

  • Obligations that by their nature must survive will remain in effect (intellectual property, indemnification, liability limitations, dispute resolution)

Data Retention:

After termination:

  • Active account data deleted within 30 days

  • Backup copies retained up to 90 days

  • Legal compliance data retained as required by law

  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be retained indefinitely

10.1. Third-Party Integrations

Shourly uses third-party services to provide functionality:

Infrastructure and Storage:

  • Firebase (Google) - Authentication and real-time data

  • MongoDB - Database storage

  • Vercel - Hosting and deployment

  • Cloudinary - Image hosting and optimization

Search and Discovery:

  • Algolia - Product search engine

Content Management:

  • Prismic - CMS for marketing content

  • Strapi - Blog CMS backend

  • PostgreSQL - Blog database

Communications:

  • Resend - Transactional emails

  • Brevo - Marketing emails

  • WhatsApp - Customer contact (external)

Security:

  • Google reCAPTCHA - Spam prevention

  • Firebase Auth - Account security

Analytics:

  • Hotjar - User behavior analytics (production only)

Your catalog may contain:

  • Links to your social media profiles

  • YouTube video embeds

  • Links to your external website

  • Other third-party content

We are not responsible for:

  • Content on third-party sites

  • Privacy practices of third-party services

  • Availability of external links

  • Transactions on third-party platforms

10.3. External Transactions

CRITICAL: When customers contact you via WhatsApp or email:

  • The transaction occurs outside Shourly

  • Shourly has no involvement in the sale

  • You are fully responsible for:

    • Payment processing

    • Order fulfillment

    • Shipping and delivery

    • Returns and refunds

    • Customer service

    • Legal compliance

    • Tax obligations

Shourly is not a party to these transactions and bears no responsibility for disputes, fraud, or issues arising from sales.

11. Warranties and Liability Limitations

11.1. Disclaimer of Warranties

SHOURLY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY

  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

  • NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

  • THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE

  • THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE

  • THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED

  • THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS

Specific Disclaimers:

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • Your products will sell or generate leads

  • Your catalog will receive traffic or visibility

  • Search results will be accurate or relevant

  • Third-party integrations will function properly

  • Uploaded images will be of optimal quality

  • The platform meets your specific business needs

Legal Compliance:

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • Your product listings comply with applicable laws

  • Your business practices meet legal requirements

  • Your use of customer data complies with privacy laws

  • Your transactions comply with consumer protection laws

11.2. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

No Liability for Indirect Damages:

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

  • Lost profits or revenue

  • Loss of business opportunities

  • Loss of goodwill or reputation

  • Loss of data

  • Cost of substitute services

  • Business interruption

Liability Cap:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • $100 USD, OR

  • THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO SHOURLY IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS

Specific Exclusions:

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Losses arising from customer transactions

  • Disputes between you and your customers

  • Unauthorized access to your account due to weak passwords

  • Third-party service outages or failures

  • Your violation of laws or third-party rights

  • Content you publish on Shourly

  • Decisions made based on platform analytics

  • Failed sales or customer complaints

11.3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shourly, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from any claim, demand, damage, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of Shourly

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, consumer protection)

  • The content you publish on Shourly

  • Products you list or sell

  • Transactions with your customers

  • Your handling of customer data

  • Your business practices

  • Disputes with customers

  • Your violation of applicable laws

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account.

11.4. Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If you are a citizen of any country in the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland, the applicable law and forum will be the laws and courts of your habitual place of residence.

12.2. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, United States.

Each party irrevocably submits to such jurisdiction and waives any objection to venue.

For EU/EEA residents, disputes may be submitted to the courts of your habitual residence.

12.3. Informal Resolution

Before initiating any legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days through good faith negotiations.

To initiate informal resolution:

  1. Send written notice to legal@shourly.com describing the dispute

  2. Include relevant facts, your account information, and desired resolution

  3. We will respond within 10 business days

  4. Parties will negotiate in good faith for 30 days

12.4. Arbitration (US Users Only)

For users in the United States, if informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Arbitration Terms:

  • Conducted in English

  • Location: San Francisco, California (or remote via video conference)

  • Governed by AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules

  • Single arbitrator appointed per AAA rules

  • Each party bears own costs unless otherwise awarded

  • Arbitrator's decision is final and binding

Exceptions to Arbitration:

  • Small claims court matters (under $10,000)

  • Injunctive or equitable relief

  • Intellectual property disputes

  • Emergency matters requiring immediate relief

Class Action Waiver:

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

13. General Provisions

We may update these Terms periodically. When we make material changes:

  • We will notify you by email for significant changes

  • We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changes take effect

  • Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance

Your Options:

If you do not agree to modified Terms:

  • You may terminate your account before the effective date

  • No refund will be provided for pre-paid periods

13.2. Assignment

Your Rights:

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Our Rights:

We may assign these Terms in the event of:

  • Merger or acquisition

  • Sale of assets

  • Corporate restructuring

  • Change of control

We will notify you of any material assignments.

13.3. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable:

  • The remaining provisions remain in full force and effect

  • The invalid provision will be modified to be enforceable while preserving intent

  • No other provisions are affected

13.4. Waiver

No waiver of any term will be deemed:

  • A further waiver of such term

  • A waiver of any other term

Our failure to enforce any right does not waive our ability to enforce it later.

13.5. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with:

  • Our Privacy Policy

  • Any additional terms accepted during signup

  • Service-specific terms or guidelines

constitute the entire agreement between you and Shourly regarding use of our services.

These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, agreements, representations, or understandings.

13.6. Relationship of Parties

Nothing in these Terms creates:

  • A partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship

  • An employment relationship

  • A franchise relationship

  • Any fiduciary duties

You and Shourly are independent parties.

13.7. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes)

  • Wars, terrorism, or civil unrest

  • Government actions or regulatory changes

  • Labor disputes or strikes

  • Internet or telecommunications failures

  • Cyberattacks or security incidents

  • Failures of third-party providers (AWS, Google, Cloudinary, Algolia)

  • Pandemics or public health emergencies

13.8. Survival

The following provisions survive termination:

  • Intellectual property rights (Section 5)

  • Privacy obligations (Section 6)

  • Payment obligations (Section 7)

  • Warranty disclaimers (Section 11.1)

  • Liability limitations (Section 11.2)

  • Indemnification (Section 11.3)

14.3. Prohibited Jurisdictions

15.2. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA claim and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to: copyright@shourly.com

Required Information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature

  2. Identification of removed content and its former location

  3. Statement under penalty of perjury that removal was mistake or misidentification

  4. Your name, address, phone, email

  5. Consent to jurisdiction of Federal District Court

  6. Agreement to accept service of process from complaining party

15.3. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate accounts of repeat copyright infringers in accordance with the DMCA.

16. Special Provisions for Specific User Types

16.1. Dropshippers

If you use Shourly for dropshipping:

  • You must have agreements with your suppliers

  • You are responsible for order fulfillment

  • You must clearly disclose shipping times

  • You remain responsible for customer service

  • You must comply with consumer protection laws

16.2. Resellers

If you resell products:

  • You must have authorization from brand owners when required

  • You must clearly identify if products are new, used, or refurbished

  • You cannot misrepresent yourself as an authorized dealer

  • You must comply with trademark and brand guidelines

16.3. Handmade/Artisan Sellers

If you sell handmade items:

  • Clearly indicate items are handmade

  • Accurately represent materials and craftsmanship

  • Disclose any variations in handmade items

  • Comply with safety standards for applicable products

16.4. International Sellers

If you sell internationally:

  • Clearly state which countries you ship to

  • Comply with import/export laws

  • Disclose customs duties and taxes to customers

  • Comply with laws in destination countries

17. Acknowledgment of Acceptance

By clicking "Sign up" or "Create Account" during registration, checking an acceptance box, or by using Shourly after these Terms have been posted, you acknowledge that you have:
