1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Roaderly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and Roaderly ("we", "our" or "the Platform").

By accessing, registering for, or using Roaderly, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety

  • You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

  • If you represent an organization, you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use Roaderly.

2. Service Description

2.1. What is Roaderly

Roaderly is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that enables users to collect, manage, prioritize, and track user feedback through public roadmaps, including but not limited to:

  • Bug reports and issue tracking

  • Feature requests and product suggestions

  • User feedback and improvement proposals

  • Public roadmap display and progress tracking

  • Collaborative voting and commenting

2.2. Core Features

Roaderly provides the following features:

  • Board Management: Create multiple boards organized by thematic areas (e.g., Performance, UX & Design, Security, Integrations)

  • Feedback Posts: Users can submit detailed feedback with titles, descriptions, reproduction steps, and attachments

  • Stage System: Track progress through customizable stages (Proposed, Backlog, In Progress, Done)

  • Voting System: Allow users to vote on feedback to help prioritize features

  • Commenting: Enable collaborative discussions on feedback posts

  • Public Roadmap: Display transparent progress and status updates

  • Search and Filtering: Advanced tools to find and organize feedback

  • Visibility Controls: Configure public or private boards and stages

  • Administrative Panel: Centralized management of boards, stages, users, and settings

2.3. Nature of Service

Important: Roaderly is a feedback management and roadmap visualization tool. We provide the platform for organizing and displaying user feedback, but we are not responsible for the decisions you make based on that feedback or how you prioritize your product development.

3. User Accounts

3.1. Registration

To use Roaderly, you must create an account by providing:

  • Full name

  • Valid email address

  • Secure password

  • Other information we may reasonably request

You may also register using third-party authentication services (such as Google).

3.2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials

  • All activities that occur under your account

  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

  • Providing accurate, current, and complete information

  • Updating your account information when necessary

3.3. Business Accounts

If you create an account on behalf of a company or organization:

  • You represent that you have authority to bind that entity

  • The entity will be responsible for all activities under that account

  • Additional terms may apply through business agreements

4. Acceptable Use

4.1. Permitted Conduct

You may use Roaderly to:

  • Create feedback boards for your legitimate products or services

  • Collect bug reports and feature requests from users

  • Manage and prioritize user feedback

  • Display public roadmaps showing development progress

  • Engage with your user community through comments and votes

  • Organize feedback into stages and track progress

4.2. Prohibited Conduct

You may NOT use Roaderly to:

  • Illegal activities: Create content that violates local, national, or international laws

  • Misleading content: Publish false, fraudulent, or deliberately deceptive information

  • Rights infringement: Violate third-party intellectual property rights

  • Harmful content: Publish content that promotes violence, hate, discrimination, harassment, or abuse

  • Malware or malicious code: Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or any harmful code

  • Spam or abuse: Send unsolicited communications, manipulate voting systems, or abuse the service

  • Reverse engineering: Attempt to decipher, decompile, or reverse engineer the platform

  • System overload: Perform activities that may damage or overload our servers

  • Unauthorized access: Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data of other users

  • Vote manipulation: Create fake accounts or use bots to artificially inflate votes

  • Resale: Resell or redistribute the service without written authorization

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1. Your Content

Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you create on Roaderly, including:

  • Feedback posts and bug reports

  • Comments and discussions

  • Board names and descriptions

  • Stage configurations

  • Settings and customizations

  • Any material you upload to the platform

5.2. License You Grant Us

By using Roaderly, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Store and process your content on our servers

  • Display your content on public roadmaps when you configure it as public

  • Make backup copies for data protection

  • Make technical modifications necessary to provide the service

  • Process votes and comments associated with your content

This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account, except for backup copies we may retain according to our Privacy Policy.

5.3. Public Content

When you publish content on public boards:

  • Your feedback posts become visible to anyone with access to your public roadmap

  • Other users may vote on and comment on your posts

  • Your name and profile information may be displayed alongside your contributions

  • You acknowledge that this content is public by design to promote transparency

5.4. Roaderly's Property

Roaderly and all its content (excluding your content) are the property of Roaderly or its licensors, including:

  • Platform software and code

  • Design, interface, and graphics

  • Trademarks, logos, and trade names

  • Documentation and help materials

You do not acquire any ownership rights to Roaderly beyond the usage rights described in these Terms.

5.5. Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide us with ideas, suggestions, or comments about Roaderly ("Platform Feedback"), you grant us the right to use that Feedback without any obligation of compensation or attribution.

6. Privacy and Security

6.1. Privacy Policy

Your use of Roaderly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6.2. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your account and content. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for:

  • Using strong passwords

  • Keeping your credentials confidential

  • Notifying us of any security breach

  • Configuring appropriate visibility settings for sensitive boards

7. Payments and Subscriptions

7.1. Plans and Pricing

Roaderly may offer different service plans, including free and paid options. Pricing details, limits, and features are specified on our plans page.

7.2. Billing

For paid plans:

  • Charges are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method

  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice

  • No refunds are provided for early cancellations

7.3. Payment Failure

If a payment fails or your account is in arrears:

  • We will attempt to charge using alternative payment methods

  • Your account may be suspended or downgraded

  • We may delete your content after a reasonable grace period

8. Service Modifications

8.1. Feature Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature

  • Update the interface and user experience

  • Add or remove characteristics

  • Change usage limits or capacity

  • Modify board, stage, or voting functionality

8.2. Maintenance and Downtime

Roaderly may experience downtime due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (with prior notice when possible)

  • Urgent security updates

  • Circumstances beyond our control

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize interruptions, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Termination

9.1. Termination by You

You may cancel your account at any time by:

  • Accessing your account settings

  • Following the cancellation process

  • Contacting us directly

Upon cancellation:

  • You lose immediate access to your account

  • Your content may be permanently deleted after 30 days

  • Your public roadmaps become inaccessible

  • No prorated refunds are provided

9.2. Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service

  • You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities

  • You manipulate the voting system or create fake accounts

  • Your account remains inactive for an extended period

  • You fail to pay owed fees

  • We decide to discontinue the service

We will attempt to provide prior notice when reasonably possible, but we may terminate immediately in cases of serious violations.

9.3. Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use Roaderly ceases immediately

  • Your boards and feedback published on public roadmaps become inaccessible

  • We may delete your content according to our retention policy

  • Obligations that by their nature must survive will remain in effect

10. Warranties and Liability Limitations

10.1. Disclaimer of Warranties

ROADERLY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • Warranties of merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement of third-party rights

  • That the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

  • That the information provided will be accurate or reliable

  • That votes or feedback reflect genuine user sentiment

10.2. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES

  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO ROADERLY IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS

  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCT DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON FEEDBACK

  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OR VALIDITY OF USER-SUBMITTED FEEDBACK

  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSSES ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT

  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR VOTE MANIPULATION OR ABUSE BY THIRD PARTIES

10.3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roaderly, its directors, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of Roaderly

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of third-party rights

  • The content you publish on Roaderly

  • Decisions you make based on feedback collected through Roaderly

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.2. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [JURISDICTION].

12.6. Relationship of Parties

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or employment between you and Roaderly.

12.7. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, cyberattacks, or failures of external providers.

12.8. Survival

Provisions that by their nature must survive termination (including intellectual property, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

13. Export and Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and not use Roaderly for purposes prohibited by such laws, including the development of weapons or violation of human rights.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement, contact us with:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work

  • Identification of the infringing material

  • Your contact information

  • A good faith statement

  • A statement under penalty of perjury

  • Your physical or electronic signature

15. Community Guidelines

To maintain a healthy and productive feedback environment:

15.1. Respectful Participation

  • Be respectful and professional in all interactions

  • Provide constructive feedback

  • Avoid personal attacks or harassment

  • Keep discussions relevant to the feedback topic

15.2. Voting Integrity

  • Vote honestly based on your genuine interest or need

  • Do not create multiple accounts to manipulate votes

  • Do not coordinate voting campaigns to artificially boost feedback

15.3. Quality Feedback

  • Provide clear, detailed descriptions

  • Include reproduction steps for bugs

  • Add relevant context and examples

  • Avoid duplicate submissions


Acknowledgment of Acceptance

By clicking "Sign up" during registration, checking an acceptance box, or by using Roaderly after these terms have been posted, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
